Barney Pau is a London-based culinary creative working at the intersection of food, art, and writing. His practice focuses on translating concepts, ideas, and collections into edible formats, from curated meals and bites to more immersive food-focused experiences and tablescapes.
From brand events and influencer dinners through canapes and formal dining, to content creation and branded collaborations; he’s had the privilege of working with a diversity of brands, institutions and magazines such as Maison Margiela, Minor Figures, DAZED, Hoxton Hotel, Ffern, the Architectural Association, Delfina Foundation, and the Turner Contemporary Gallery, among others.
He is also interested in food futures, queering consumption, and foraging and fermenting, which are elements he explores in the sustainability of his sourcing, his recipe development and ideation, and his passion for developing new and exciting concepts.
