With both academic and industry cooking training and years of experience across several London establishments, I can quickly and efficiently work with whatever concept you might have in mind. I love responding to briefs and creating menus around themes, and I'm always interested in developing new dishes.

I specialise in vegan and plant-based cooking, with a special interest in sourcing seasonal, local produce and foraged and fermented foods.
