Goldsmiths University Commission: Art Research Garden Launch


To celebrate the launch of the new Art Research Garden at Goldsmiths, University of London, the MA Art & Ecology course commissioned me to create a meal. Inspired by the circular economy of the garden, which celebrates every step of nature's cycles, I developed a menu themed around decomposition and regeneration, using various foraged and fermented foods, as well as UK-grown pulses and vegetables.


At the end of their meal, guests were then invited to contribute to the garden's cycle by composting their biodegradable plates and cutlery.
