Catering canapés for Ffern × Harlie Briggs bauble-making influencer event.

Taking inspiration from Ffern's Autumn 24 fragrance, these canapés included coriander & carlin pea dip, served with 'cedar bark' crackers & crudités, and spiced caraway & aniseed 'oakwood' cake bites, served with fermented quince tahini créme & 'myrrh resin' honeycomb. This was paired with a fermented quince champagne and non-alcoholic rose cordial spritz.
