Plating a Frozen Forest... for Ffern.

In this immersive workshop, guests were invited to create a plate inspired by their interpretation of Ffern’s Winter ‘25 fragrance, Frozen Forest, using the ingredients I developed in response to Ffern's scent. They then styled them with props I provided, which I then shot and edited to send them after the event.
Guests could create a frozen forest from tall stands of ‘cedar bark’ crackers, growing from rolling ‘earthen banks’ of richly spiced cake, or plate an icy lake from frozen pools of sugar glass ice, lined with crunchy buckwheat bundles of ‘vetiver root’ and thorned ‘branches’ of dark rose chocolate.
