Private catering for a 30th birthday.

Following my signature aesthetic, this private dinner was a showcase of my cooking, tablescaping, and concept design. Over 4-courses, I served up a range of dishes inspired by a woodland walk, including a rotting log-inspired cake to finish. The dinner took place in General Assembly, a spacious gallery in the heart of Mayfair.
