TOAST Plating Workshop.

For this commission, I was invited by the lifestyle brand TOAST to create a food-based workshop in response to their collection 'The Curious Mind.' For this, I developed a series of edible elements that I would use when constructing a dish. Guests were then invited to use these elements to create their own plate in response to TOAST's collection.

The event took place in TOAST's Shoreditch branch, in their herb garden at the back.
