Bites that Bite Back culinary concept for Talia Byre Fashion Week presentation.

Taking inspiration from her clothing, I developed a selection of 'bites that bite back,' building off of the collection's leaning towards traditional tailoring with a twist. To set the space, I worked with Gainsbury & Whiting, Talia's creative agency, to install the pelts, simple sprays of seasonal blossom, and silver platters on which to serve the food. I then served fruity classics with a spicy twist, as well as a wild-fermented rhubarb champagne cocktail to the guests.
